These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.mindsolutionspsychiatry.com and the services provided by MindSolutions Psychiatry ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

1. Services Provided
MindSolutions Psychiatry is a cash-based, fully virtual psychiatric practice offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and related services via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Use of this website and submission of the intake form do not establish a patient-provider relationship until the intake is reviewed and an appointment is formally confirmed.

We provide non-emergency psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals located in the state of Florida who are:

At least 18 years of age, or

Children and Adolescents aged 06–17 with parent or legal guardian consent

We reserve the right to decline services based on clinical scope, licensing jurisdiction, or appropriateness of fit.

3. Payment & Insurance
We do not accept insurance. All services are cash-pay and must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure platform.

Superbills may be provided upon request for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. However, we make no guarantee of insurance reimbursement.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee, which must be paid before future services are rendered.

5. Scope of Practice
We provide treatment for a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to:

• Mood and anxiety disorders

• Trauma-related conditions

• OCD

• ADHD (ages 24 and under)

• Perinatal and reproductive mental health

We do not provide:

• Long-term benzodiazepine treatment

• Emergency psychiatric services

• Forensic or court-ordered evaluations

• ADHD services for adults over age 24

The decision to offer care, prescribe medication, or recommend specific treatment plans is made at the discretion of the treating provider.

6. Use of Website
This website is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice. You may not use the site to:

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt unauthorized access to secure areas

Interfere with site functionality or security

We reserve the right to terminate access or restrict use at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of MindSolutionsPsychiatryLLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality care and digital services, we make no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes, website performance, or service availability. We are not liable for:

Third-party service interruptions

Technical errors on the website

Delays caused by payment processors or scheduling platforms

Any direct or indirect damages related to your use of this website or services
